A lot of people are “afraid to fail”; they’re afraid to look dumb, make ugly work, or make a fool of themselves.

"The chickens have come home to roost.."

These giant corporations like OpenDoor, Mark Spain, Zillow Offers, etc. offer homeowners significantly less money to purchase their home. Often times, they claim their offer is "at market value" but isn't.

They trick uneducated consumers about their home's true value, and then profit after they sell the home at a markup.

DO NOT let one of these corprate buyers offer you LESS MONEY for your home. Instead, hire a professional like my team to get top dollar for your home and be educated in the process!

So many real estate “experts” are claiming they see a MARKET CRASH coming soon.

But let me show with simple logic why that’s BS and how they don’t actually believe that…with two questions:

1) If they really think prices would crash, why aren’t these guys selling their properties in masses and holding cash to buy homes cheaper in the supposed upcoming “crash”?

2) If they really believed they’d be a crash, they would make way more money by not telling a single soul about it and just buying themselves at that times. Why are they?

The answer: they don’t actually believe this! They just want the average American to! That way, they have less competition if everyone else is afraid and misinformed.
