The question I get asked most, "what is the market doing?" Even though this is a sellers market, it is a stressful time for both buyers and sellers. Our current market in Hall county has 1.3 months of inventory. As you can see, we are getting more new listing each month (345 in April) and have more new listings than last year this time.
