Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Office Manager. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for assisting in answering the phone, Warranty management, running payroll, as well as providing administrative assistance, Additionally, the Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting office administration tasks.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Experience in providing administrative assistance
Proficiency in using office equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of office administration procedures and systems
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is highly desired
Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
