I can't even begin to describe what an honor it is, and how amazing it feels to have helped so many people with what is considered the largest purchase of their lives. Thank you to all of the agents and clients that have trusted me with this phase of the process and continue to put faith and trust in me to refer me to so many others. I have gotten to a place in my career where I have surrounded myself with amazing colleagues and agents and clients that have become friends and trusted advisors in my very tight circle. I will continue to provide phenomenal customer service and knowledge! To another 1000! ❤️

I don't think words and time will ever be enough. His 3 girls will always miss him and know that this was too early to lose him. We had plans for him and he wanted more even if he never said it out loud 💔. We miss you dad.

I get asked a lot "How did you get into home inspecting?" The answer is truly that I had no choice at the time. My first choice wasn't to get into a highly male-dominated field and crawl under houses, trust me. But we were going to lose the home we were supposed to close on and I needed something fast. I gave this my all, and 6 years later.... I've trained 5 inspectors to pass the national exam, and one of them has his own business like myself; done over 1800 inspections; helped even more people with what is arguably the largest purchase of their lives. I love what I do, and being backed into a wall made it happen.

Back story: I've worked with a lot of older adults and a lot of first-time home buyers. Recently, I had the opportunity to work at the intersection of those two groups. My clients were in their 80s and purchasing their first home. Yes, they rented their entire lives.

Yes, they both had quite a bit of anxiety. Linda, said the experience was like having to take Real Estate 101 because there was so much for them to learn in a short period of time
