Tenant Excuse of the Week:

"I couldn't pay my rent because Mercury is in retrograde." 🌎✨

We wish we were kidding. As property managers, we've heard just about everything:

My tax refund isn't in yet
My work messed up my check (this happens way more then we would think)
I needed to get this huge nice car
I needed this brand new huge couch
My cousin's friend's neighbor was supposed to pay me back.
Mercury is in retrograde.

Meanwhile, the mortgage company, insurance company, HOA, and utility companies somehow never seem to care what planet is out of alignment. 😅

Remember: Rent is due on the same date every month, regardless of the moon phase, horoscope, or astrological forecast.

🐾 Special HOA Board Meeting in Progress 🐾

Cornerstone's newest HOA Board members are hard at work reviewing community priorities for the upcoming year.

📋 Meeting Agenda:
✅ More squirrels in common areas
✅ Longer neighborhood walks
✅ Increased treat budget
✅ Mandatory belly rubs for all residents
✅ Relaxation stations in every community

After extensive discussion, it appears Agenda Item #3 received unanimous approval. 🍖🐶

It's nice to have a Board meeting where everyone gets along for a change! 😆

Congratulations to Naseh Sukhera for winning 2 floor seats to the LSU vs Gators Home basketball game this week! This lucky resident received 2 tickets and him and his guest experienced a gameday unlike any other. In Naseh's own words I almost wish I was never picked for this opportunity because nothing will ever top this sports event in my life! Congratulations to Cole one of our residents. One of our amazing owners gave away 2 floor seats to the Florida vs Georgia game and Cole was the lucky recipient out of 330 residents. As you can tell by the photos he was one happy camper! In his own words—-That was an unbelievable night. One of the best of my college career. Forever grateful.
