Jahnava Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Jahnava (pronounced Jah-nu-vuh) has lived in the Gainesville area for 15 years. She started here as many do attending UF, and fell in love with both the Gator Nation and her husband-to-be, Nila. Jahnava has always strived for excellence in everything she pursues, from being named valedictorian at the top ranked high school, and this has carried through in her care
er, her community work & motherhood. Jahnava's diverse heritage has led her to be an open-minded, thoughtful and outgoing person. She is reliable, straightforward, and will always give you the facts, as personal and professional integrity are core principles of her life. This translates into her impeccable work ethic; you can always count her to go above and beyond to fulfill commitments she has made. Jahnava enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and foods. In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish and speak some French & Italian. She works alongside her husband Nila as a team, and the two of them together offer a wide array of experience and customer service strengths, having both been involved in many aspects of real estate since 2008. She cherishes the flexibility to take on clients as she spends much of her time with their two sons Ishan and Kirtan.

Nila (prounced Neela) has been involved in the Gainesville community for over 25 years, a proud product of the schools here from valedictorian and scholar athlete at Santa Fe High School to his bachelors in finance from the University of Florida. Born in Dallas, Nila has a mixed heritage of Indian, Italian and Irish descent. He has a large network of friends and family in Alachua County, and is actively involved with the community. Since 2007, Nila has been actively involved in several aspects of the real estate industry. He is familiar with overseeing property renovations, has held loan officer license, and has been intimately involved with overseeing family owned rental investments in the area. in 2018 obtained his real estate license to assist his wife Jahnava Rico after she gave birth to their first son. In his free time Nila plays racquetball and volleyball, and enjoys outdoor activities and all things technology from computers to electric cars. He also enjoys discovering tasty treats and vegan options in the area. We look forward to serving you together.
