The most recent market data for single family homes has been posted and it’s clear that the housing market is experiencing some significant shifts. Here’s what you need to know:

🔸Average Sales Price: $387,663 (-2.2% compared to September 2023)
Even with a slight decrease from last year, prices are holding strong, with an increase year to date.

🔸Closed Sales: 201 (-16.4% compared to September 2023)
