For a combined 33 years, Drew and I have been looking out for our clients—and this past week is a snapshot of what that commitment looks like in action.
We attended the 2026 Georgia Association of REALTORS® Contract Updates Conference to stay current on changes that directly impact our buyers and sellers.
We proactively winterized our vacant listings ahead of inclement weather to help prevent frozen and busted water lines in the event of a power outage—protecting our clients’ interests from start to finish, regardless of what the weather delivered.
To round out the week, we attended a conference presented by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the governing authority for Lake Lanier. We gained deeper insight into dock permits and the application process, new ownership and change-of-ownership requirements, riprap shoreline protection projects, and permitting for ADA-accessible improvements to private docks.
Knowledge. Preparation. Advocacy.
Backed by 33 years of experience—and delivered every single day for our clients.
🤍 Always happy to answer questions or be a sounding board whenever real estate comes up.
