The weather is bringing on the spooky but don’t he spooked by the market! It’s still a great time to buy that dream home! I’m here when you’re ready to shop. Moose and Nilla will keep the scary stuff away! 💜👻🏡💜

🏡 Yep… mortgage rates are higher than we’d all like. But that doesn’t mean it’s a bad time to buy!

It’s still a buyer-friendly market in many areas, which means more choices and often more room to negotiate. And there are programs available that may help qualified buyers with down payments and closing costs. 💰

Don’t let the rate automatically convince you that you can’t buy. Sometimes the numbers work better than you think!

Curious what YOUR options look like? Let’s talk — no pressure. 😊🏡

Using everything you know about me, separate my heart from my mind and create a cinematic image. Show them as two different versions of me. Use symbolism instead of words. Don’t explain anything. Just show me.

🏡 Buying a house is important. But figuring out where you actually want to LIVE? That’s the fun part. ❤️

One thing I love about being a Realtor in Hall, Jackson, Banks & Dawson Counties is that real estate gives me an excuse to know a little bit about everything around here.

Where are the new neighborhoods going?
What part of town is growing?
And perhaps most importantly… where are we eating? 😂

When I’m not talking houses, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find me listening to music 🎶 or hanging out with my pups. 🐾

And that’s really how I want to do real estate, too.

I don’t want it to feel like a transaction. I want to work with positive people who want someone to walk through the buying or selling journey with them—answering questions, figuring things out and hopefully laughing a little along the way.

So let’s start with something easy:

👇 If someone were moving to our area tomorrow, what’s ONE restaurant, coffee shop, hidden gem or local spot you’d tell them they absolutely have to try?

I’ll go first in the comments! ❤️
