I had a crazy Monday! I received feedback on a listing and it was great other than somehow about 1000 massive dead flies were in the house that showed up after the seller moved. I had to go clean it and do some research on why??? I found out that they actually hide in the walls and attic in the fall and winter and lay eggs. In the spring they try to escape well no doors have been opened in a week so they all died all over the house a beautiful clean house. 🫩🫩

Then I had the toughest inspection negotiations I have ever had where I represent the buyer and seller. As a Transaction Broker you need to represent everyone fairly about 5 hours later all parties agreed on a way to settle it. It’s going to the closing table next week.

Happy Friday! It’s going to be a busy day meeting 3 new buyers covering quite an area today! I’m motivated and ready for a successful day! One of my buyers obtained a fantastic loan option to assist with the down payment. Let me know if you would like to know more! The mortgage broker I love is amazing.

Slammed weekend with several new buyers ready to go; offers are coming in on listings that have been waiting for the perfect buyer, and one just got accepted! The one that was accepted 40% of the offer was not filled out I had to send it back and ask the agent to try again. It's been an eventful day, as one sellers agent did not share with the seller that I was showing the home. It was listed as vacant, so I walked in and almost got attacked by a dog and then cursed out by the seller. After I showed her the approved showing on my app, we laughed about the whole thing. However, as I was touring the home that is listed as having two full bathrooms, it only has one and a half baths, so that was a waste of our time as they need two full baths. Realtors are professionals; we need to do better! Happy Sunday
