Same $400K. Four very different housing markets.

Looking at homes that actually sold between $375K and $425K over the past year, Gainesville, Jonesville, Newberry and Alachua did not look the same at all.

Gainesville leaned more mixed-era. Jonesville was much newer. Newberry gave more space, mostly in resales. And Alachua had the strongest new-construction presence of the four.
