Having been a REALTOR® in the Northern Virginia area since 2010 assisting families in finding the home that best suits their needs, whether it be a sale or a rental, I really love meeting new people and figuring out what is most important to them in housing and then finding that perfect place. Navigating the rest of the process just takes follow-through and patience!

My previous career of 25+ years was working with families to obtain mortgage financing in Virginia, so I am extremely familiar with the loan process. Working with Veteran-buyers has been my passion for many years, and I’ve stayed on top of the education side, obtaining my MRP certification (Military Relocation Professional), AWREP certification (American Warrior Real Estate Professional) and VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals).

Education is critical to stay on top of this ever-changing industry. As a result, I’ve obtained my GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), PSA certification (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and CNE certification (Certified Negotiation Expert).

Giving back to this industry and to our community is also very important to me. I’m on the Board of Directors for the REALTOR® Association of Prince William, as well as the Community Outreach Committee, Professional Development Committee and RPAC Committee. I was privileged to be one of 12 REALTORS® chosen to be in the Virginia REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Class of 2017, and this year, 2018, I have been selected to represent our Class on the Leadership Academy Alumni Board. In addition, I am on the Virginia REALTORS® Property Management Council and also on the Property Management Conference Workgroup for 2018.
