Another game-changing deal, DONE! 🤝📑✅

Gemini Water, a subsidiary of BluMetric, recently signed a 7-year lease on a 49,000± SF Industrial property, located at 3545 SW 47th Ave, Gainesville FL. This deal marks the third transaction in a row on this property, collectively made by Daniel Drotos, Lee & Associates President & Managing Principal, and Brian Oen, Senior Vice President.

Brian Oen represented the tenant in this most recent contract. “I was honored to guide Gemini Water in securing this newly expanded space for their growing business,” said Brian Oen. He continued, “It was a true pleasure advising my clients, and coming up with a creative leasing strategy that achieved both the Landlord and Tenant’s goals alike.”

Prior to this closing, Dan Drotos facilitated the sale of the property to the current landlord, and then Dan and Brian went on to represent the current landlord and tenant, respectively, in Gemini’s former lease, occupying a portion of the office/warehouse property they now lease fully. Just returned from my first Lee & Associates Summit in Nashville, and I'm incredibly grateful to be part of such a remarkable organization.

The sessions were outstanding, but the real highlight was connecting with so many talented professionals from across the Lee & Associates platform. The relationships, collaboration, and shared commitment to serving clients at the highest level made this event truly special.
