😁 So excited for my Haymarket buyer-clients. Today, they got the keys to their very first home.🗝️🏡 They were quick studies. We met April 12th and by April 26th they were under contract. 🎉Good things come to those sellers who care about listing preparation and that hire full-time, local, professional agents. 🎉 My sellers at 13791 Tartan Hills Parkway took my prep notes to heart, which made the professional marketing much more impactful. We were even able to save them thousands in house painting!

‼️After 3 days on the market, they had 4 over list price offers. They closed on June 1st for $20K over list price for $745,000.‼️ So happy for my sellers that got more than they were expecting. Always a good thing to have some funds for fun projects in the next house.😁

‼️ Listing preparation and professional marketing did it again‼️ So happy for my sellers who turned their home into a near model. They had 13 Open House groups through, 11 scheduled showings and it boiled down to 4 offers over 3 days. The first offer the received was sight unseen, even before they were active.

Having a home feel like Grand Central Station, particularly when you are removing pets for showings, can feel overwhelming, but the inconvenience was well worth it. Every offer was over list price.

Not every seller chooses to list their homes publicly. The reasons vary, but a seasoned listing agent that brings many options to achieve a successful sale can find the right one for a client. And for this one, the path changed.
