So happy for my buyers. They chose to relocate to Gainesville from Hawaii. Before they ever made it to the area, they chose Heritage Hunt as their favorite neighborhood. First day out we saw "the one." They didn't hesitate to do whatever it took to land the home. During the time between contract and closing, they offered t help the seller move. He took them up on it and a friendship was formed. That's a first in my business.

My favorite moment was when the seller arrived with a closing gift for the buyers at our walk through. Transactions don't get better than that. 😁🥰

Earlier this month, I was introduced to buyers looking to relocate to NoVa from Hawaii. They had narrowed down their area of interest to Gainesville, Heritage Hunt being the neighborhood they liked the most. After several conversations, I met them for the first time Monday. We saw 6 houses that day and this was their first choice. We were facing a multiple offer situation. A few minor counters and my buyers' offer was accepted. They are especially ecstatic because the home inspection revealed a very well cared for property.😁

Didn't expect when I put this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse on the market it would get multiple offers and sell this much above list price. Listed for $450,000 and closed for $465,002. Congratulations to my seller for getting all the important projects done and reaping the rewards.😁😊

Got the cutest picture in an email yesterday from one of our corporate Long & Foster Real Estate relocation employees. She was helping a family member move some items from my listing and took the opportunity to get her son to pose under my sign.
