"Craig and Michelle Carter and the CRE Pro Team at Coldwell Banker Commercial M.M. Parrish Realtors had the recent privilege to work with Trimark Properties on the purchase of The Seagle Building. This downtown landmark is one of the most iconic structures in the greater Gainesville area. After more than 3 years of focused, diligent work, Craig and Michelle successfully represented John Fleming and Trimark Properties in the acquisition and controlling interest in the building. When the Seagle Building had its start as a hotel concept in the 1920s, M.M. Parrish Realtors was already dominant in the Gainesville real estate market and Craig and Michelle are excited in continue the longstanding tradition in helping improve, reposition and restore the building to its former glory. It was a pleasure co-broking with our friends, Rick Cain and Nick Banks at Avison Young who represented the Seller during this transition.
