This one takes the cake as our longest listing yet, but our sellers stayed patient, open minded, appreciative, and they were truly wonderful to work with! 🥰 This home had so many special features, and we loved showcasing what made it unique but that made it difficult to find the right buyer - but we did and now our sellers can turn the page and enjoy their new home in St Augustine! 🏡🎉

Another one that came with its share of challenges, but we made it to the finish line! 🎉 Buying and selling a home at the same time can be challenging, but we worked through every hurdle, and our buyers have officially closed on their brand new home! We’re so happy for them and excited for this next chapter! 🏡

Congratulations to our sweet buyers and Stormy! 🐾🏡

Would you believe they didn’t see their new home in person until closing day? They had only seen photos and videos, but they knew what they wanted, and we found a home that felt right. Now they’re back in Florida, closer to family, and settling into a neighborhood they love. We enjoyed helping them make their way back and can’t wait to see the memories they make here! 🥰

This one had its fair share of twists and turns! After three contracts fell through for reasons outside our sellers’ control, we found the right buyers and officially closed! We’re couldn't be happier everyone involved and grateful we got to help our sellers across the finish line. 🎉🏠🔑

It's time to clean out your closet and help give back to our community!

We are holding our 1st Annual Clothing Drive benefiting multiple local organizations (see graphic below), and we’d love your help filling the racks for local families in need!
If you’ve been meaning to clean out your closets, this is the perfect excuse. We’re collecting gently used:

Dresses • Shirts • Pants • Jeans • Belts • Shorts • Suits • Jackets • Hats • Gloves • Scarves

Donations can be dropped off at Keller Williams Gainesville Realty Partners, 7584 NW 4th Blvd, Gainesville, during the following times:

📅 Saturday, September 19 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

Can’t make it during the drop-off times? We’ll come to you! 🚗

If you have clothing you’d like to donate but aren’t able to drop it off, just reach out to us and we be happy to coordinate a time to pick it up from you.

Every donation helps, and we’d love to see our community come together to make our first clothing drive a great one!
