Well, that was FAST!! We had multiple fantastic offers inside of 72 hours, which shows that savvy buyers know this is the time to hit the market. If the interest rates reduced more, competition is going to be very strong and sellers are not going to be willing to negotiate with you the way they are now. You can always refinance a loan, but you cannot reduce your purchase price.

Buyers: This is the time and the right Realtor will listen to your needs and help you get deals that you would not get otherwise.

Congratulations to amazing sellers, friends and neighbors! This one is bittersweet because I am gaining a fantastic neighbor but losing these incredible people who were with me from the beginning as the first two houses built back here!

We listed in September, knowing we did not want to close until now - because on top of being an incredible neighbor, she’s actually an even better veterinarian. She wanted to make sure that all of her patients (including my own fur babies) had plenty of notice. The buyer fell in love with the house immediately and clinched it with a full price offer. They were nice enough to give us the closing date we needed and we made it happen.
