Julia grew up in Gainesville with her two older siblings and graduated from Gainesville High. She has her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from University of Florida and her Masters in Elementary Education from Florida. Julia taught first grade for 4 years prior to getting her real estate license. Julia loves Gainesville because of the diversity and friendly people, the climate, the proximity to nat
ure, and other cities in Florida which allows for easy connectivity to family and friends, the small town feel and unified supportive feelings for the university. They have two adult daughters. Julia’s parents also worked as real estate agents and investors while she was growing up. In 2007, they supported her career change from education to real estate, despite indications of a challenging market ahead. Over her decade-long career, Julia has partnered with hundreds of families and individuals to help them reach their real estate goals. She consistently negotiates millions of dollars in volume each year. Julia credits her success in this industry to the family, friends, and past clients that have graciously referred her to others who were interested in buying or selling property in Alachua County. Julia empowers her clients with market data and guides them through the transaction process.
