One of the hardest parts about selling a home has nothing to do with square footage, interest rates, or price.

It’s realizing your life happened there.

The front porch conversations.

The first day of school pictures.

Birthday parties.

Holiday traditions.

The spot in the driveway where the kids learned to ride a bike.

The backyard where everyone gathered when life was busy and somehow still simple.

A house is made of wood, brick, and drywall.

A home is made of moments.

No matter how long you’ve lived there, every home ends up holding pieces of your story.

What’s one memory from your home that you’ll never forget?

Lately I’ve noticed something interesting around Northeast Georgia…

People who swore they’d “never move” are quietly starting to watch the market again.

Not because they hate where they live.

Honestly… a lot of people love their homes.

But life changes.

Kids grow up.
Commutes wear people down.
Priorities shift.
Some want land.
Some want less maintenance.
Some want to be closer to family.
Some just want peace and slower evenings.

And with areas like Flowery Branch, Braselton, Buford, Gainesville, and Hoschton continuing to grow, a lot of homeowners are starting to realize they may be sitting on more opportunity than they think.

What’s interesting is most people aren’t loudly talking about it yet…

They’re just quietly paying attention.

Curious question:

If you HAD to move somewhere else tomorrow… would you stay in Northeast Georgia or go somewhere completely different?

CBMS's very own Deputy Stan Watson has been named the School Resource Office of the Year! In June, Deputy Watson will celebrate 𝟯𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 with the Hall County Sheriff's Office, 𝟭𝟬 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗥𝗢. SRO Unit Lt. Joey Walker says, "Deputy Stan Watson has been a steady, trusted presence in our community for nearly 35 years. His care for students and the relationships he builds every day are what make him so special in this role."

We are so grateful for all that Deputy Watson does for CBMS and our community day in and day out. This is a well-deserved honor!
