Florida leads the 2025 Uhaul one-way move index for hughest ranking growth cities in the United States.

**12 of the top 20 highest growth cities tracked by one way move net gain or loss are located within Florida.

Many cities in the Gainesville area are on the list to include Ocala which is number one.
Ocala, Nothport, Kissimmee, Clermont, FT. Lauderde, ST. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Panama City, North Fort Meyers, Leesburg.Sarasota, and St. Cloud top the list.

The Dallas metro area once again takes top honors as the No. 1 U-Haul growth metro, replicating its 2024 honor with the largest net gain of one-way customers in 2025. Likewise, the city proper of Ocala, Fla., retains the title of No. 1 U.S. growth city, a distinction it held for 2024 and 2022.
