I get asked all the time if we should "leave room for negotiation." Swipe through for my top 5 reasons why overpricing is the move.

Spoiler: The slides are blank because there are zero reasons to do this.

Overpricing doesn’t give you "wiggle room." It gives you a "For Sale" sign that sits on the lawn for weeks while your neighbors - who priced correctly - are heading to the closing table.
