✨ Resident Spotlight: Meet Kinyah! ✨

Say hello to Kinyah, one of our amazing residents who will be calling Lexington home through July 2027! 🏡

Born in Decatur, Georgia, but a true Florida native (34491 🌴), Kinyah is currently pursuing a degree in International Business while working full-time with Vobile 💻—a perfect balance of ambition and drive!

She’s also expanding her horizons by learning Japanese and Korean 🇯🇵🇰🇷. In her free time, she loves getting lost in a good book 📚, traveling ✈️, and enjoying her passion for anime.

When she’s not working or studying, Kinyah enjoys making memories—whether that’s riding motorcycles with her mom 🏍️ or spending time horseback riding 🐎. And of course, she has her adorable furry companion, Killua 🐾 by her side!

Kinyah is currently living in a 4x4 and is looking for roommates to join her—so if you think you’d be a great fit, let us know! 💬
