I see Jacksonville came in at #1. I think Tallahassee has some appeal with their affordable prices as well. I'm a bit blown away that Birmingham has a median price of 135k with 50% of the market renters as opposed to home owners.

I truly have an expectation that this home/property is going to sell fast. Location: A few miles West of High Springs.
