I admit, we were fortunate to go under contract when the market was on fire. Things have slowed down a tad since, but the fact remains my seller in this case had a very positive outcome. The buyers agent also was very professional and on the ball. A fellow Realtor who at one time was the head of the HOA also gave us a couple of timely assists to grease the wheel keeping things on track.
