It's an important month for real estate! This marks the 55th-anniversary of the signing of the Fair Housing Act signed into law by Lyndon Johnson in 1968. Originally, the act only had 4 protected classes: race, color, religion, and national origin. But, as of today, they number 7 including familial status, disability, and s*x. Hi friends! What a summer. Working with clients has been challenging, but great. And guess what? I became a client myself. However, we ended up not buying. Why? We love our current location.
