We are seeing a change... Mortgage applications are increasing 20%, inventory (seasonal) are up 30%, rates have stabilized at 6%, property prices are only increasing at 1.2%. With over 5 decades in this industry, this is a market that I haven't seen before. However, the consumer is leading the way and I believe the consumer (mass). This market is about to explode again; and then slow abruptly. Get in it now.

March 31st, 2026. A colourful beauty. We have given advice to dozens of folks this past year; I am astounded how consistent we have been in maximizing their equity. The two folks that didn't take our advice have lost almost $200,000 dollars combined. The usual, is they know better.

The reality is no one lives real estate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for over 40 years and frankly doesn't know better. Sorry, I love you all, but really; I will never give you advice that doesn't enrich your profit, equity or life. To think that some schmuck off the street with a half a dozen sales knows how to maximize your equity is your best choice. Just as a reminder, I sold 26 homes in ONE month by myself without internet or fax machine and/or assistant. Named the TOP Agent in the U.S.A.; whoopie doo I say; All I can say is you can take advice from apprentices (and lose equity) or you can use a Master Practitioner (maximize equity).

Stephanie and Lawrence just keep on doing it! Condos, townhomes, single family homes from Westminster to Bethesda via Germantown to Frederick. We have helped dozens of families this year; some that are moving up, some that were first time homebuyers, some that had a family member pass away, some that were moving to another state. We were able to update their homes; oftentimes at zero upfront costs.
