Lawrence Evans of the Evans Legacy Group at Re/Max Realty Group With almost 40 years in this industry, I will impart my best experience to you so that you may reap the rewards of home ownership now and forever more.

Lawrence was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida
of an Anglo-French mother from Paris and an American
father from California. The family traveled quite a lot and Lawrence lived in
Japan, Switzerland, France, West Sussex in England
and the Isle of Mann. He was educated in private boarding schools and graduated 1982
from Chichester College of Technology. Following in his father’s footsteps, Lawre

nce joined the
United States Air Force in 1983 where he specialized in
“personnel readiness”. He was made Airman of the Year in 1985 and also received
the Air Force Achievement medal, the Air Force Commendation
medal and the Defense Meritorious medal while on special assignment
in Madrid Spain. He acquired his real estate license in 1988 and also got married
during that year to Elizabeth Taylor. They have two daughters:
Stephanie and Allyson. Lawrence is very involved in the community; in the past 12 years he has served as PTA President at Lake Seneca Elementary School. He has also been PTA Cluster rep for MLK Middle School, and is currently serving as the public relations rep for the Seneca Valley High School Cluster. Lawrence is a past secretary and past director for the Waters Landing HomeOwner’s Association. As Chair of the Germantown Alliance, Lawrence founded the Germantown Walk for the Homeless, now in its ninth year. His work with “The Walk” has earned him recognition as The Bernie House’s ‘Primum Vivere’ Award Recipient 2006. He is a member of the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce,
and a part of that organization’s Germantown Task Force. Did we mention that Lawrence is a Realtor? Yes, he actually finds time in the midst of family and community life
to make a living serving real estate clients. Lawrence is recognized within RE/MAX International
as a member of the Hall of Fame, 100% Club, and is
a Top 2% Realtor in the nation.
