We’re excited to welcome Mark Jones to Pratum Companies as our new Compliance Manager.

Mark brings more than six years of multifamily housing experience across both property management and client-side roles. His background includes work as an Assistant Property Manager, Office Manager, and Compliance Specialist, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the operational and compliance needs of affordable housing communities.

He also brings specialized knowledge through his Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) certifications and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics.

Sheila brings more than 16 years of multifamily housing experience, including over 13 years specializing in affordable housing compliance, audit readiness, and multi-state operational leadership. Throughout her career, she has progressed through increasingly senior compliance roles, most recently supporting client technical solutions at RealPage and previously serving as a National Compliance Manager for a portfolio of more than 15,000 units.

Sheila is also a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and industry experience to her new role.
