Amy’s 16-year journey with Pratum is a true reflection of dedication, growth, and leadership. Since joining in 2010 as an Assistant Community Manager, she has steadily advanced through key roles, including Community Manager, Senior Community Manager, and General Manager, consistently delivering strong results and building high-performing communities.

Most recently overseeing a portfolio of four communities in North Carolina, Amy will now lead a broader portfolio of 10 properties across multiple states, supporting our continued expansion. Her industry expertise is reinforced by her credentials, including HCCP, CPO, and AHM, along with her recognition as Volunteer of the Year by SAHMA.
