2 bedroom, 1 bath, all appliances remain including washer and dryer on the main floor. There’s an attached carport, basement for extra storage, and a large backyard.
Rent is $1,000/ month. Rent includes power, gas, water, trash, lawn mowing, and removal of snow in the driveway. 1 year lease required. Pets negotiable.
Tenant is responsible for snow removal of sidewalks as well as internet and phone if desired.

Does anyone have experience with internet and/or phone service for a non-profit? I have a tenant moving in that is a registered non-profit and is needing phone and internet service. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Starting July 9th, Ferris City Market will be open Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays
We will have our selection of antiques, primitives, stained glass, hand stamped cards, jewelry, and more!

We do have limited space for vendors if you or someone you know may be interested- please email us at [email protected] for more details.

These hours will run through August 30th and then we will reevaluate and update if needed.

We appreciate the wonderful new and returning vendors, customers who came and shopped our booths, friends and family who helped set up and tear down, and everyone who liked, comment, and shared our posts on Facebook & Instagram.
