The Villas at Carl Sandburg is an all-inclusive, STUDENT FOCUSED, apartment community located near the Carl Sandburg College Campus. We offer a 4 bedroom/4bathroom floorplan starting at $500.00 a month per person and 2 bedroom/2 bathroom floorplan starting at $600.00 a month per person. om and kitchen) is spacious and the kitchen offers a large pantry, dishwasher, and breakfast bar. At the Villas, Residents are only financially responsible for their 1-time nonrefundable $275 Reservation fee and their recurring monthly installments. All utilities such as INTERNET, ELECTRICITY, WATER, TRASH, and HEAT are INCLUDED! We have 24/hour maintenance for emergencies and 24/hour security cameras of our property. We offer academic term leasing and a roommate matching program to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. Community atmosphere is what we strive for at the Villas which is why we offer events and amenities in our clubhouse. The clubhouse is accessible 24 hours with a key fob. You have laundry here which is easily paid with your smart phone. There is also a fitness room, pool table, darts, ping pong, foosball and other games to choose from in our lounge area. We hold resident events here monthly for Residents to socialize and get to know their neighbors.
