📊 February Market Update

February was a little slower in our local real estate market, which is pretty typical this time of year. Winter weather and shorter days tend to keep some buyers on the sidelines.

That said, homes are still selling and well-priced properties are continuing to attract attention. Inventory remains fairly limited, which is helping support home values.

As we move toward spring, we’re already seeing more buyers starting to prepare for the market ahead. 🌷
