So we both can start the week in the know, here’s a quick market update for Nashville and surrounding areas.
 
REMEMBER:
Seller’s market = Low inventory. High prices. Lots of competition.
Buyer’s market = High inventory. Low(er) prices. Minimal competition.
 
Right now in Nashville, it’s a slight seller’s market. Homes are still moving, but buyers are getting a little more breathing room than they had last year.

Here’s how things look by the numbers:
Active homes on market: ~7250
Average sales price: ~$637,000
Median days on market: ~32
Average price per sq. ft.: ~$289
Average sale-to-list price: ~98%
