Now that you have checked out the list think back to how many homes you have looked at in the last month that have been taken with a phone with horrible quality..... tragic

I say that to say who you hire matters. As your agent my goal is to always have your best interest and do everything I can to get you top dollar. From pictures, communication, negotiation, and everything in-between.

Take a screenshot and if your agent doesn't prepare you for a listing that is not your agent!

Hear me out, I know when starting the homebuying process we all have a dream of what we want, thanks to Pinterest and TikTok haha however, do you remember the saying "you have to crawl before you can walk?" It's definitely a real thing in the adult world. I had to learn it myself as well. The most important thing is to start. Here are a few reasons to consider looking into adding townhomes to the mix when you are ready to purchase.

1. Less upkeep & lower maintenance Giving you more time to do the things you love to do. ( I mean who likes yardwork lol)

2. Townhomes are almost always in the city. Which means closer commutes to work, food, social activities, etc.

3. EQUITY! EQUITY! EQUITY .

At the end of the day you have to do what is best for you and your family. Based on your finances if your goal is to start building generational wealth then as I said before... You have to start somewhere.
