This one actually broke my heart. This was a hard transaction due to the circumstances of why they had to sell, but the seller didn’t want showings, so I was able to get this under contract OFF MARKET in 2 weeks. She was so thankful and we still talk even though she’s relocated. Real estate isn’t just open houses, opening doors, staging, negotiating etc.. it’s relationship building, being genuine, showing compassion, being helpful, serving..
This is one I will always remember and cherish

CLOSED!

I received a call that they needed to sell and I was happy to tell them after 2 weeks and UNDER average days on market time, they were under contract.

Closing got a little bumpy towards the end when the seller called me saying there was a company digging holes in her yard before closing day, but it was handled and the sellers got to start on their new journey. This took strategy, patience, and negotiation, but they closed with a full price offer.

As we draw closer to the end of the year, I wanted to share my biggest win and most challenging transaction of 2024.

These sellers had their home listed for 5 months with another agent from May-October with no offers. They were upset and lost out on their new build. A few months later and another new build on the line- they listed with me and in SIX days we were under contract after being priced correctly.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we fell out of contract three times.

Not only did I get them under contract 3x , I was able to negotiate a time extension on their new build to ensure they didn’t lose it, I negotiated an additional 5k towards their closing costs, and a free shower upgrade.

They closed on their home and new build the same day. 👏

To make it even better, I gifted them a brand new barista espresso machine because who doesn’t want to enjoy fresh coffee in the morning of their new home?

I had to be their optimistic cheerleader to keep their spirits up and in the end it all paid off.

And here it is! Closing day on their new build! A day they thought wouldn’t ever come!

After going in and out of being under contract on the sale of their home, they had worries of losing their new build. With the help of the sales agent, I was able to get them a contract extension. With continuous communication and multiple applied strategies and efforts, we worked together and made their hopes of moving into their new build a 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬!
