Today I had the opportunity to meet with Robert Reffkin, CEO of Compass, and discuss the ongoing challenges surrounding Zillow and MLS data policies.

I fully support the fight to protect transparency, fair competition, and the rights of homeowners and real estate professionals. The real estate industry should not be controlled by any single platform or gatekeeper. Consumers deserve access to accurate information, meaningful choices, and the freedom to work with the professionals they trust.

At its core, real estate has always been a partnership—a true synergy between the real estate agent and the buyer or seller. Technology is a valuable tool, but it can never replace the expertise, advocacy, negotiation skills, and personal guidance that agents provide throughout one of the most important financial decisions in a person’s life.

The future of our industry must be built on collaboration, not control; on empowering consumers, not limiting their options. I commend Robert Reffkin for taking a strong stand on behalf of agents, brokers, and property owners across the country and for leading the conversation on protecting the integrity of our profession.

I am proud to stand with those who believe that a fair, open, and competitive marketplace ultimately serves buyers, sellers, and communities best.

✈️ BIG NEWS for Nashville Real Estate Investors!!! BNA just announced plans for a second terminal, part of its next major expansion called “Beyond New Horizon.”

The new Terminal Two will be built on the south side of the airport next to the existing terminal, spanning more than 300 acres with five concourses and new parking garages.

This project will double the size of the airport. BNA has not yet released a projected opening date for Terminal Two.
