✨ Exciting News—My Real Estate Map Is Growing! ✨

Sometimes God expands your territory by leading you right back to your roots—and that is exactly what this feels like for me.

I’m excited to announce that I’m expanding my real estate services into Crossville, Cookeville, Fairfield Glade, Gainesboro, and the surrounding Upper Cumberland communities! 🏡

My connection to this area runs deep. My family is from here, we grew up here, and we still have family here today. I also spent some of the best years of my life on a farm in Gainesboro with my foster family. Those years, the people who loved me, and the memories we made helped shape the person I am today.

I spent summers hiking the trails, and my children visited their grandparents in Fairfield Glade every year. So, when I say this area feels like home, I truly mean it.

Earlier this year, I spent several months in Cookeville, sitting beside my brother in the hospital nearly every day. It was a difficult season, but even there, God was working. I met incredible doctors, nurses, and staff members whose compassion reminded me just how special the people in this community are.

As I sat in that hospital room, a desire began growing in my heart: I would love to work and serve people in what, for all intents and purposes, is my hometown area.

Then my buyers from Florida sold their home and began searching in this part of Tennessee. Naturally, I wanted to serve them well—helping them understand the area, access the right information, and find a property that truly fit the life they envisioned.

And in a little over a week, one of those properties will become their new home! 🎉🔑

I don’t believe that timing is accidental. I believe God has been quietly connecting the dots and revealing another part of His plan for my business.

So here I am—excited, grateful, and ready for this next chapter!

What a great way spend a few hours. !!

In two short months, Tennessee’s 5th Annual Peach Cobbler Festival gets underway in Murfreesboro, always making for one of the most delicious events of the summer in the state!

Set for August 8th at Lane Agri-Park, this peach-filled celebration brings a full day of food, shopping, music, and family fun to one of Murfreesboro’s well-known event spaces. The festival is expected to spread across two indoor buildings and an outdoor area, giving visitors plenty of room to browse, eat, and enjoy the day.

More than 100 vendors are planned, with booths featuring handmade goods, home décor, candles, gifts, crafts, and plenty of peach-themed treats. Food trucks will also be on site with a variety of meals, desserts, cold drinks, and, of course, peach cobbler. One of the favorite parts of the event is the $5 cobbler tasting contest, where guests can sample entries and vote for the one they like best.

The day is also set to include live music, a kids’ zone, petting zoo, games, and other family-friendly activities. Lane Agri-Park is home to the Community Center, Livestock Barn and Show/Sales Ring, Outdoor Horse Arena, and Indoor Auditorium, making it a natural fit for a large summer gathering like this. Admission and parking are free, and the festival runs from 10 AM to 4 PM.
