Slightly over 2 years of being Refined ⭐️⭐️
What a 2 years it has been!
When EXIT Realty Refined began, the goal was never simply to open a real estate office. We wanted to create a place where people felt at home—whether you were an agent walking through our doors, a client trusting us with one of life’s biggest decisions, or simply a member of our community stopping in to say hello.
2+ years later, that vision has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of: 2 Refined locations, in 2 states, both located right on the city square. 🏆🏆
There’s something special about being on the square. It’s the heart of a community—a place where people gather, businesses grow, relationships are built, and neighbors become friends. We love that EXIT Realty Refined now gets to be part of that heartbeat in both Gallatin, Tennessee and Scottsville, Kentucky and serve our clients across both states 👏
And while our footprint has grown, what matters most hasn’t changed…

On Thursday, August 27 at 11:00 AM, we get to celebrate another chapter with the official ribbon cutting of our Scottsville office at 113 E. Public Square. We would truly love for our agents, clients, friends, neighbors and fellow local businesses to come celebrate with us. There will be food, giveaways, a popcorn station, lemonade bar and a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card! 🎉
