Days like yesterday remind me why I love what I do. Every closing represents a different story, a different family, and a new chapter beginning. I saw a quote that said, “Bad days don’t cancel big goals, keep going.” Which brought me back to the first quarter of 2026. It was rough. Deals falling through left and right. It was extremely discouraging. God kept telling me to push through, because He will provide the way He always does. The hardest part of this career is realizing that it’s not my timing, it’s His. I CAN NOT stress enough how important it is for a buyer to use a lender that knows how to do their job. Ask your realtor for referrals prior to obtaining a preapproval. It can make or break if you get to purchase a home or not.

SOLD! 🎉

Congratulations to both my sellers and my buyer on the successful closing of 0 Jessie Creek Road in Bidwell!

This transaction was especially meaningful for me because I had the privilege of representing both sides of the sale. Even more special, the buyer is one of my former first-grade students.

As a former teacher, there’s something pretty incredible about watching kids grow up, work hard, and achieve milestones like purchasing real estate. Seeing one of my students become a property owner is definitely a full-circle moment I won't forget.
