STEP ➀: Schedule a buyer consultation with a trusted realtor (that's me!). I personally feel that a buyer consultation is a vital part of the homebuying process. Not to mention, it gives us the opportunity to get to know each other!
Here's how a consultation works:
✔️ I will educate you on our current local market conditions, including how to be successful in today’s market when shopping for a home and making offers (the market is constantly changing!)
✔️ We will walk through the entire homebuying process — from the initial search to closing. I will take the time to review each step in the process and answer any questions.
✔️ We will discuss your budget, specific financing options, preferred lenders, and steps to getting pre-approved. I can also run the numbers to help you settle on a price range you are comfortable with!
✔️ We will review your entire wish list, non-negotiables, preferred location / neighborhoods, and more. No need to be a neighborhood expert — that's what I am here for!
✔️ Finally, we will review the best practices for working together and get to know each other better! You’re preparing to purchase one of the largest investments of your life, and you should feel comfortable and confident that your agent will get the job done for you!
