There has been such a huge shift in interest rates from this time last year to today. So how is that affecting the market?
For Buyers it’s allowing a little less competition. As a buyer your able to shop around a little more and there is not a hug urge to jump on a property like before. There is more wiggle room with negotiations.
For Sellers, be smart with your asking price. Homes are starting to sit longer on the market in certain neighborhoods. They are still selling just not as quickly as they have been in the last year.

In order to thrive as a buyer or seller in this market it is important to have the best team on your side! An agent who is eager to reach all your wants and needs and will be there to guide you through this process with ease!
Having an amazing lender is also key! I have a great relationship with a local lender that I would be happy to introduce you too! We can chat about that!
And lastly, make sure your comfortable. As a buyer you have to be comfortable with the property your purchasing and the funds to maintain that property. If you can buy right now that great, if you need 6 month to a year to save that’s great too. Let’s explore all your options and create a plan!

Hi friends 👋🏻
Business cards have been ordered, so this is the face you will be seeing all over! I wanted to chat with y’all and get real honest with you. It seems like a lot of people have recently made the jump into real estate including myself. So I wanted to explain my WHY!

So here it is, the most important reason is this career allows me to spend as much time with my family as possible. While I’m committed to my clients and giving them 110% of me. I can still be apart of the small things with my kids. The things they may not remember but I’ll never forget!
Secondly, I was recently a first time home buyer and the process can be extremely intimidating. I wanted to help guide first time home owners through this process and make it as comfortable as possible. I saw first hand how to make that possible with our realtor. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I want all buyers to experience that.
Lastly, being apart of the big moments in your life and growing lasting relationships with my clients. I have been in customer service for 10 years and I have met some of the best people through that. Lasting friendships have been made and I plan on continuing that in real estate. Turning business relationships into friendships!
