This condo is approximately 500 sqft and sleeps up to 4 ADULTS and 2 KIDS. This is a Bedroom suite with direct access to the bathroom. Common living areas:
Junior bunk bed - accommodates 2 kids, one in each junior bed. Sofa Bed - accommodates up to 2 adults but keep in mind these pullout sofas are not very comfortable for adults. Usually comfortable for kids. Kitchen - equipped with utensils, pan
s, plates, mugs, glass cups, a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee machine. Smart TV, small dinning table, and counter-height bar in living room/kitchen. We provide a couple of beach towels. One Bathroom: We provide a start-up kit with essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap), and toilet paper. Balcony: Enjoy a nice partial Ocean View! There are 2 adirondack chairs, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. If you need to do laundry during your stay, there are coin-operated washer/dryer machines on the 1st and 3rd floors of the building. Guest access
Guests will have access to our entire condo (except for just a small storage closet) and have access to all common areas of Casa del Mar condominium. Other things to note
Must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD to book this condo. Before checking out, please make sure to wash well the dishes/utensils you used, remove and dispose of all trash into the trash bins located in the hallways of the building, and leave all used towels in the bathroom floor. Parking fee is $40 (+tax)
The parking fee must be paid at the lobby upon arrival. This permit is good for the entire duration of your stay and for up to 2 vehicles and is to be paid at the Lobby upon arrival so the staff can give you a parking permit and wifi info. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED to match renter's name on the reservation. Vehicles without a permit will be towed. Per Galveston fire code, this is the Maximum occupancy for this condo and must not be exceeded. The internal space is ~500 sqft. NO ANIMALS allowed per HOA rules. Violators of this no-animals rule will have the reservation cancelled with no refund and will have to pay a violation fine of $1,000
No smoking, No parties/events, and absolutely NO Animals are allowed in this condo. (The Building is monitored with cameras to confirm all guests comply with max occupancy and rules)
