There are quite a few new faces around here lately, so hi, I’m Ashley Marquez, Galveston REALTOR®, team lead of GTX Realty Group, island local, real estate investor, rescue-dog mom, fisherman’s wife, and someone who genuinely loves getting to call Galveston home. 🌊

Real estate has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching my grandfather invest in property, and somewhere along the way, that early exposure turned into a career I absolutely love.

Today, I specialize in Galveston Island real estate, from beachfront and waterfront homes to second homes, investment properties, new construction, and helping people make the move to island life.

That’s a big reason community has become such an important part of GTX, including our work with the Galveston Island Humane Society and our belief that everyone deserves a home — people and pets. 🐾
