Happy Saturday! I'm not one to promote products BUT I need to share what I consider a miracle🙌🏼! I would not have believed it if I hadn't experienced it myself! I'm pretty skeptical and tell it like it is!😃

Iwas suffering horribly with hot flashes, a crummy attitude😤 and all the menopausal symptoms a girl can have! Miserable, brain fog, irritated, fatigued, can't sleep at night, etc! My Dr said it's just something I had to push through and I need to lose weight...ok well, that's not working for me and my family is pretty tired of being cold when I'm sweating! 😅

I took one Sunday night 2 weeks ago and slept all night without the Benadryl I have been taking to sleep for more than 6 months. Monday, no 🔥 flash, Tuesday, no 🔥 flash......I haven't had a 🔥 flash since! I am starting to feel normal, happy....and actually cold/normal which I am loving!
