Wendell specializes in the sale of resort beach and bay properties on Galveston Island's West End. Wendell also has extensive knowledge in the beachfront condominium market having worked in the Sales Department of Diamond Beach Condominiums. After a successful sales career in the technology industry, he relocated to Galveston in 2005 and made the professional change to real estate sales. Wendell's

success is grounded in his ability to carefully listen to his clients and exceed their expectations. His ultimate goal is to make sure all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally. Professional Associations include: National Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and Galveston Association of Realtors. Wendell feels that continuing education is vital to his success. Wendell holds several designations including Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), GREEN, E-PRO, and Short Sale/Foreclosure (SFR). He currently serves on the Board of the Galveston Association of Realtors, served as the Treasurer for 2014 and President for 2016. Wendell and Carol live in Jamaica Beach where they enjoy boating, golf carting, walking their dog on the beach and monthly poker nights with friends. But all of that is trumped by visits from their three grandchildren during which they explore the Island and enjoy all that Galveston has to offer.
