Made a steak house burger with cheap hamburger and it tasted great. Key is how you season the meat.
1. Drizzle with Worcestershire
2. Lightly sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic
3. Let stand 10-15 min then flip
4. Pour 1/8-1/4 cup of dissolved beef bouillon and let soak 15 min
5. Cook on the grill with a good sear on both sides to 160 degrees
