The Galveston Police Department is seeking help from the public.

If you were parked in the 8700 block of Seawall Boulevard over the last 24 hours and discovered your vehicle had been burglarized, give the GPD Criminal Investigations Division a call at (409) 765-3779.
Galveston police officers arrested two suspects after a string of vehicle burglaries and recovered a large amount of property believed to be stolen.
Since the arrests, Investigators have found additional victims through Galveston Talk and other local pages. The department believes there are still people who are unaware their belongings may have been recovered.
Take a few minutes to check your vehicle. If anything is missing, let the Galveston Police Department know. Police would like nothing more than to get stolen property returned to the rightful owners, where it belongs. All victims police identify strengthens the criminal cases and may lead to additional charges.
