I spend a LOT of time at Seahorse Estates… and somehow, I’m still not tired of this view. 😂🌊

But in all seriousness, there’s a reason I love this place so much.

Yes, the homes are beautiful. Yes, waking up with the beach on one side and the bay on the other is pretty hard to beat. And yes… having a game room with a pool table and an ocean view certainly doesn’t hurt. 😉

But Seahorse Estates has become so much more than beautiful houses to me.

I’ve watched families come here and make memories together. I’ve watched people celebrate weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras and some of the biggest moments of their lives here. I’ve watched guests arrive stressed from the real world and, somewhere between the beach, the sunsets and a cocktail on the deck, completely exhale.

And I get to be part of it.

I get to help tell the story of these homes, market them, welcome people into them, dream up what comes next and introduce more people to this little stretch of the Texas coast that I’ve grown to love so much.

And apparently occasionally pretend I know what I’m doing with a pool cue. 😂🎱

There are properties you sell.

And then there are places you genuinely believe in.

Seahorse Estates is one of those places for me. 💙

Beach. Bay. Beautiful homes. Really good people. And a whole lot of memories still waiting to be made.

6 months ago I made a costly decision to switch brokerages, and I could not be happier with my decision.

The brokerage behind your agent can mean a little or it can mean a lot, it really depends on the support, tools, and working environment they provide vs what your agent needs as an individual. Through the ups and downs of being apart of a new market center launch, there was a final straw that broke this camels back, and made the decision to switch and pay more an easy one.

I decided I would pay more and drive further to not broker with someone who tried to wreck my own home, and I’m incredibly thankful for the amount of support and clients that have worked with me since my transition. Next week I finish paying off the cost of this change, and capping at the oldest Keller Williams office in the greater Houston area means something deep to me. While there may be a price on peace, God will meet you where you’re at and provide confirmation when you are where you’re supposed to be.
