Master Bed/Bath in Apartment Available

*There has been some confusion about my location so I just wanted to clarify, my apartment is in Auburn CA (95603), not off Auburn Blvd*
I have a master bedroom/attached bath available in my downtown Auburn apartment for $600 flat (month to month). This includes all utilities (pg&e, water, trash, cable, internet). Just FYI, the apt is not updated at all but it is a decent size so it kind of makes up for it. I occupy the guest bedroom and guest bath at the moment. I have a cat that is considered a "therapy" pet so the owners won't allow any other pets, sorry! :( I'm a 27 year old female with a full time job in Roseville Monday-Friday and when I'm not working, I try to get to the gym or spend time with friends/family.
I would prefer someone (male or female) close to my age but I'm open. I don't care if you have overnight guests but if they start staying more than 2-3 times a week, they'll start having to pay some sort of rent as well. It's a fairly low-key complex so the 10 pm - 8 am quiet hours needs to be strictly followed. The people above me don't have an issue calling the cops, unfortunately.
I don't smoke hardly ever personally, but I am 420 friendly and I am okay with drinking as I do so myself. I would just prefer neither of those to be in excess. This is also why I wouldn't exactly recommend choosing this as an option if you plan on having a child occupy the room with you.
