We have a very experienced staff in office 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Our team is made up of specialized departments that manage showings, accounting, maintenance, marketing, and more! We handle all communication between tenants, landlords, and vendors and are available to answer maintenance calls 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Client and customer satisfaction is top priority, and we strive to quickly and thoroughly answer all questions and requests. ABOUT OUR APPLICATION PROCESS:

With this application, all applicants must pay a nonrefundable $30 fee, present a copy of a photo ID, list any previous or current landlord references, and present two copies of pay stubs or some other proof of income. We will run a background check and credit report, in which we will look for a credit score of at least 600. Application processing time is approximately 2-5 business days. If approved, two payments will be due before you move in - first month’s rent and a security deposit. The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
