Straight from MLS, here is a Marketing Data Graphic for the Long Island housing market. One can gather that buyers are being pushed to the sidelines. That is due to fluctuating interest rates and also a shortage of inventory. However, with sales cooling, buyers are seeing some declining sales prices.
