📅 June 8 – June 14

Here’s how the Finney County real estate market performed last week:

🏡 5 new listings came on the market
✍️ 7 homes went under contract
🔑 6 homes sold & closed
📊 Median sales price: $255,000
📉 13 price reductions
📌 110 active listings currently available

What we’re seeing locally:
The market remained steady last week, with 7 homes going under contract and 6 homes sold, showing continued buyer activity as we move through the summer market. Active inventory declined from 114 to 110 homes, suggesting buyers are continuing to absorb available listings faster than new inventory is being added. The median sales price settled at $255K, while 13 price reductions indicate buyers are still paying close attention to value and pricing. Well-priced homes continue to attract the strongest interest.

Kansas & National outlook:
National housing reports continue to show more inventory than a year ago, but demand remains healthy for homes that are priced correctly and presented well. Buyers have more choices than they did a few years ago, creating a more balanced market environment.

As we move deeper into June, the Finney County market continues to show stable activity with opportunities for both buyers and sellers. Inventory remains healthy, but homes that stand out are still moving.
